“QuantoseibellaRoma” cocktail

I said to Luciano: “I am preparing two Roman cuisine : The gricia with zucchini and cacioricotta and chicken with peppers. What can we drink next?”. The answer is “QuantoseibellaRoma”, a fruit cocktail, but well structured and important…
Composition: 3 cl White rum 2 cl 2 cl Campari Aqua Sancta Maria (liqueur Abruzzo citrus) cl 2 smoothie berries (strawberry-raspberry) cl 6 Romanella (sparkling typical Roman). Puree the fruits, and filtrateli pour in Boston with ice along with Rum, Campari and the Aqua Sancta Maria. Shake and pour into the glass tumbler with ice. Finally pour the Romanella.
